Is there a way to copy a given number of pads to different pads and retain the sequencer's mappings to them in the new locations?
I imagine probably not, but what do people do when they want to do this?

Thanks for any thoughts.

Basically I would like to consolidate my samples into new locations to make room for new ones, and also keep everything in a given pattern more or less on the same bank page.

I don’t think this is possible. The closest workaround I can think of is to track out each part to an outside source by muting using isolator or subsonic, then importing them back into the sp, choosing the pads you want all on a new bank, then recording a new sequence, hitting all the different parts simultaneously at the beginning of each 4 bars or however often it repeats.
