202 acting up, help!

Hey, my 202 has been acting weird since last night, while using it i somehow ended up going into record mode however it was highlighting a pad that already had a sample assigned to it, once I exited record mode the 202 was working as if everything was fine but no audio was coming out. The ins and outs are all working fine as i've run audio through source mix and it outputs it fine through the rca and the headphones. I've tried a factory reset and it's been acting more or less the same. Have tried recording new samples and while they're mostly silent on one when i've run it through ableton and highly compressed and raised the volume there's some sound but it's barely audible and buried under a lot of hiss

has anyone had this kind of trouble before? any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
