hell yeah, managed to find time to get a three hour studio session in yesterday, been so busy lately it's been ages since i could squeeze in more than like 45mins - 1hr, so nice to get that flow going!

That 45 minute average must be good training to make music fast too... It's too easy to get caught up all afternoon listening to loops & 2nd guessing what to do with them next.

Yeah I guess it can be good, does put a downer on output though, also when you spend the first ten mins figuring out where you were last time it's a bitch. But yeah I guess it's sped up my work flow
