How it sounds? What do you think about it? Kick became a little thin, but mix is the same as before comp. That was my first time when I was experimenting with compression. Hope it doesn't sound horrible, lol

Really like this sound, although I think the bass is out of tune a little.

The reason the kick may sound a little thin is that the bass takes up all of the low end. Try compensating with making the kick "knock" at the high mid range so it stands out more. Or maybe try playing the bass a little more rythmical, so it's not just long sustained notes, but short bursts to reinforce the kick. Just a few things to experiment with.

Really dig the sound and style tho!

thanks, I will be compressing each single track instead of master from now on. I was just too lazy to do it earlier. Oh, and I don't know what happened with bass, ya it's like out of tune. i noticed this when I was listening to it on headphones.
