larger scroll area with start/end points?

Post by L.C.W »

hi guys is there a way to increse the 'scanning range' of the start and end points when editing samples, ive been using the mark first but is there a scan range setting somewhere? gets hard to mark with short stabs etc

if it's anything like my 555, you do it by:

hit start/end button
turn nob as far as it will go
hit start/end button again to turn it off
hit start/end button again to turn it on
repeat

each time you hit the button you have a small area of forwards/backwards scope (it says in the manual, it might be 30ms).

it's pretty quick when you get used to it.

That said, a shift button that multiplies the tweaks x10 would be most welcome in the custom OS I hope someone releases one day!!!

Does that trick also work on the 303? The way I should chop now is fine, but this would make things easier.
