Do you have a Windows PC or a MAC? I'm going to assume that you have Windows Media Player.

Go to [Extra] -> [Options] -> [Devices] (it's one of those tabs) -> double click on [Speakers] -> select your SP-606 device from the list as the sound device.

If you've done this correctly, you can now hear Media Player music through your SP-606. Obviously you need to have it connected to your PC through USB. Now when you sample using the [sampling] button on the SP-606 you will be able to sample what you are listening to on your SP-606.

Cheers

I didnt understand your question? If you would have read the book though it would have told you that. you shouldnt post up questions that you can find out by reading the book. It would actually be easier to read the manual than to type a question on the message board and wait for an answer.
