 Post subject: trouble w/ sample playback

sorry if this was dealt w/ elsewhere.

just got the unit a couple days ago. i tried sampling a record and got as far as recording it (stored on a pad successfully), but can't play it back. i get nothing in the headphones if i hit the pad to hear it back. any ideas?

Make sure your main volume is turned up, adn sometimes this happens to me.. I forget to adjust teh sample volume when I'm sampling, try to re-reord your sample but adjust the volume first

yo twitch thanks for the reply. yeah the volume was all the way up on both the mixer and sampler when i recorded, and the main volume was too when i tried to play it back. i tried recording it on a few different pads w/ no luck, but they light up when i hit em so i know it's recorded- just can't hear it. the manual doesnt say anything about this bein a problem, i guess i'll just try to adjust some settings and keep looking around for an answer. thanks again fam.

got it.. pad velocity was all the way down, couldn't hear shit

Make sure you can see the input level on the meter when your in sample mode before you start recording.
