You find a mad crack in your engine block when it starts hemorrhaging coolant

That sucks, sorry to hear that. I guess all you can say is, "it could be worse"

i feel your pain man. that blows.

car malfunctions are always bullshit. almost as bad as past due parking tickets. it's like burning money...of course in the grand scheme of things it's no big deal, but in the moment you can't help but think something like "wow, for the money i'm spending on my FUCKING CAR ENGINE i could've picked up a mini-moog and an mv 8800, and probably had $20 left over for beer."

can we throw in 'fuck needing dental work and having no insurance' too?

when i read your post i thought you were being metaphorical, ie not talking about your car but your own engineblock... so i guess i'm saying, it could be worse ;)

option: go live in a city where you don't need a car

and yeah, fuck all that

p.s. i suspect my dentist of finding cavities just for the money, i need to find another one

funnily enough, I have got something along the lines of a 'coolant leak' in my body...

I am losing blood somewhere.. causing my hemaglobin to drop. I feel OK now cos they boosted me back up with blood transfusions, but they still havent found the problem/fixed it yet.

I will hopefully not need a car when I move interstate to brizvegas, but I was hoping to have it FOR the move so that I could take my bed, tv, bike, PS3 with me.

I payed 4 grand for my trucks new engine.

over a year now and it wont run properly. Looked into it with different mechanics and they all told me to replace pistons, cylinders, etc....(it's not an old engine!)

screw Ford.

I've been taking the bus to work and back 3 days a week and on weekends I have to call people and beg for rides.

fuck public transportation

I totally feel you on the negative situations...but you gotta get through it man. We all run into similar problems...there's a way out. Sometimes you even gotta change everything around you in order to get back on track.

Good luck to ya

yup me tooo.. although my last blood test showed that my hemaglobin level has been stable for 2 weeks, so maybe there is hope of a miraculous unknown cure.

This monday comin up I've gotta swallow a camera-capsule that will take photos all the way thru my guts... so maybe theyll find like a healed up ulcer or something... or maybe they will block my guts up with a stupid camera capsule and have to cut me open to get it out  . hopefully not. although shitting it out doesnt sound like it will be much fun either.

I was also thinking it's some medical talk on the original post - but then again I don't know anything about cars.
