When you have set your own standards so high that you are never happy with your beat and,as a result, never complete it. I'm trying to cope with this.

you aint alone in that battle. if you figure something out let me know. i sold my 555 cause i thought i needed a better sequencer, then i realized what a dumbass i was and i got a sp 808 coming from ups today. but thats the reason i sold it because my standards were so high and alot of the stuff i was listening to was produced using mpc's. But now im like, fuck it, just takes some resilance and know how. And if i figure something out ill let you know.

I go through it to homie and it's a struggle, but I usually find I'm holding myself to standards that others have set due to their talent and experience, which I might not posses yet. I liked all the chunes I've heard from you, don't lose the focus.
