yeah man i am trying to do one myself...

check this one out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r8JexiISPNk

i just seen this on youtube...pretty good one.

there not to hard to do. basically tons of picture frames put next to each other in a video software. i am going to do one with sony vegas. there might be software/camera's that are good for stop motion video. i have not really checked on it. but i know the basic idea on how to do it.

i knew a guy who i used to send music to for his claymation....but he got lazy and gave up

it takes SOOOOO much time to do something decent i cant imagine what its like to be an animator full time.

they probably spend as much time doing a "scene" as we would completing(eq, mix and whatever else) a weeks worth of beats...

google has thatfree modeling software that i thought about trying. i know it wont give me "pixar" type results but if i do it right it can still be something to watch

someone should invent a competition where its like competitive-stopmotion..

everyone is setup in front of a camera, and the camera takes pictures automatically every 10 seconds,

they lose points for being caught in the picture, and gain points for the more things they have going on or something hahaha

yea i shot all the photos and 100% of the idea and creative control was me.. my girlfriend edits video for a living and helped me out with the technical stuff... but like i said i told her can you make it do this.... sweet now make it do this... kinda thing.. the one with the polaroids took about 30 hours to edit and its a little more blah to me the more i watch it... the traffic one took like an hour and a half to edit and its more fun to me.. she just yelled at me for not liking the polaroid one as much but whatevs.. the polaroid one was for a digi photography class and the traffic one was for an animation class... they were both for the same teacher and he is my age and a cool ass cat..

thanks for the props..

ahh the beauty of aftereffects... the polaroids were only frames that the digi images showed through
