Looks like it can do just about everything, but alas 606man was the tracker genius and he seems to be M.I.A. unless he still visits under another screen name.

I been usin Renoise off and on for years. It's every bit as powerful a Fl Studio or any others. It's a full fledged audio/sequencer/VSTi host with a tracker style interface instead of the usual piano roll. Really deep features for sample sequencing. Once you got the keyboard shortcuts down you barely have to touch the mouse.

I heart Renoise :)
I did a few beats with it but am far from mastering it.
What I really love about it,is the speed in which fx can be applied,it actually kick the crap of Ableton Live for this.
It's a great piece of software!

I tried it once but I couldn't get the hang of it. I think there's many tutorials to be read until I understand all the numbers there. I'll stick to Reason :P

yeah, i love Renoise as well. The genius of trackers is it allows you to do just about everything without a stupid mouse. It does take awhile to get a grip on as its a different way of working than the standard timeline DAWs, but once you do, it's fairly effortless.

Venetian Snares is a big Renoise user.
