my line in and master are going into 2 double rca cables going through my master of my djm 1000 mixer since i dont have an aux on it. pls help thank u to, very much appreciated...

I'm not sure if I get you right.
You want to use D-beam filter on a song playing from CDJ without filtering
other samples that are playing on SP-555 at the same time?
If this is what you are after, I think it is not possible.

As much as I know my 555, I can telll you: you can use those FX on line in
and also assign them to any sample that you want.
If you want to apply D-beam filter it will filter everything that comes out of 555... samples, mic, line in... all at the same time...like master FX

Can't help you on the wiering, I don't know djm 1000 mixer .
