Don't care what the Necro haters say, this is the sort of stuff I'm personally prepared to label as "dope" as far as Hip-Hop goes. I think it's nice and smooth, has great production values and fantastic-looking art and it all just works really well together as a total package for vinyl, love it.

Very enjoyable Hip-Hop, it even trips along like an Asha C joint this one and in fact the only Hip-Hop I've heard that is catchier in a musical sense are those three Monkey Majik tracks I posted on Page 8 of the thread (and they're not technically even a Hip-Hop band as far as I'm aware).

Just one more track from Necro then I'll wrap-up posting his stuff because I suppose it is a bit much for on here really, was just listening to one of his tracks and was reminded how foul these things can sound (even to me).

But here's another one that I like for exactly the same reasons as the previous one. What might surprise you though is there is a side of Necro's work I don't like and it's due to the words he often uses when producing tracks about women.

You might think, lol, surely you like that sort of stuff after the sort of things you said you like, but actually, although I do like misogynistic themes, I don't like to hear of women being described in terms of any sort of poor hygeine and stuff like that. For some reason I just find that really foul, yet I could quite happily listen to the most misogynistic lyrics all day long. I suppose it seems really weird not being bothered about misogynistic lyrics yet finding such relatively tame comments suggesting poor hygeine to be foul, but it's true, I do.

Unfortunately Necro often does use words to describe women in ways that I don't like, and unfortunately a lot of his beats are ruined for me because of it; great tracks often ruined by such lyrical choices. But anyway, here's a final track from Necro before stepping out of dark mode.

lol necro isnt something new or ground breaking. imo i feel like there are better underground hiphop dudes like immortal technique, cage, vinnie paz, etc. groups like jedi mind tricks were pretty good too. i used to occasionally listen to underground but it was def one of those "have to be a in a mood" type of music and the types of topics, lyrics, and cadences got old and too repetitive for me. i felt like their lyrics sounded like they were meant for a cypher rather than a song. sometimes them trying to fit big complicated words into the rap was just too cringe for me. def a place and time for listening tho. its like that conscious rap stuff.

but if anyone is looking for something heavy and rage inducing, ive been really into this band Incendiary.

@lu sending them tracks reminded me of the track to this short announcement vid for hockey skateboards https://youtu.be/2xSSsLNxKbY ,, pretty heavy in my opinion but not something I can listen to for too long lol

https://youtu.be/_NTCWGjCOfg Idk if I it’s grind or slam idk,, but someone commented apparently they tried to be the audio version of what Jackson Pollock was to painting, that kind of arbitrary and sporadic release

Nice to see another memeber enter the thread, so if nothing else at least the darker stuff prompted an increase in participation!

I've nothing against the tracks but they're of no intetrest to me personally. During my rant about the lack of intertest in the Pulp debate I requested for them to post ANYTHING as long as it's not vanilla. That was really just to get them to post something a bit more edgy than they usually do hoping it might lead me somewhere, but personally I'm strictly only interested in misogynistic themes cuase like I said, I'm planning to produce an album (or possibly even more than one) relating to the subject of misogyny across its many forms of taboo, so I was really wanting to know what I was up against.

I just cannot seem to find the sort of stuff I am after. I want misogyny but I don't want degradation of women, and I personally see them as two very different things. Necro does misogyny but his lyrics are also degrading to women, so I'm not a fan of those specific types of tracks. Even Lordi turned out to be a disappointment cause after researching them I see they're a fairly mainstream band and their whole image just doesn't do it for me (and is actually kinda comical in some ways).

That's no disrespect to Lordi though, cause lilke I said I thought Sexorcism was great because it was misogynistic without being degrading and I for one applaud them for that because it's something I hardly ever (if ever) see from these artists.

So what I'm after is stuff that is crazy misogynistic without being degrading to women. I fucking hate it when they start talking it terms of "stinking holes" and "farts" and "feces" and stuff like that, it just makes me cringe and I cannot listen to it. That's a very different thing to lyrics that are misogynistic, it's a very different thing in my opinion.

I want to represent misogyny by means of sexually-oriented fiction, not in any way meant to degradade women and I'll make damn sure there is nothing in there that I feel degrades women. But the problem you see is society, because when we get to the state where having a bare-breasted woman on page three of the newspapers is banned for being "degrading to women", you know that society is well and truly fucked out of its mind and will stand for any old bullshit!

When men look at a bare-breasted women on page three of said newspaper, I doubt there's a single heterosexual male who feels that she is degrading herself in any way. If anything she is being worshipped by the men ogling her body, she's pretty much seen as a goddess, so the real issue here are those lard-ass feminists getting jealous, just because their tits are sagging and no one wants to look at 'em anymore!

Like I said, I totally intend to produce an album so shockingly misogynstic it will hit those lard-assed feminist bitches like a wrecking-ball in the fucking face, and there's not a damn thing they'll be able to do about it when it does!

I'm working on the ABBATOIR mix.

The title is 'Your Bitches Pigs Head Is In My Gravy' ...it's the NSFW explicit misogynistic version without being degrading to women.

It's all played live through 5 Casio SK-1 samplers into Boss Heavy Metal Zone FX pedal of course....

And its sounding very dope so far, without trying to be big headed about it obviously....

It's full on..the tempo is 220 BPM..so only a dedicated professional hoofer like you yourself SP-User would be able to dance to this track, without taking any delicious mind altering drugs beforehand .

As you know,I'll do more or less anything (within reason) to please my hardcore audience...

It's mostly bass and drums with a dozen different models of vacuum cleaner samples thrown in for extra grit, distortion and atmospherics...with Agneatha and that other bird who was the better looking one in the 1970s vocals timestretched to hell and back Junglist massive style.

Niiiiice...

It's also 37 mins and 52 seconds long...

The other vocals are just very angry, disembodied voices arguing about how Madonna is so much better than Abba when it comes to making Pop music records ..I did all those myself through the SK-1 btw.

It's certainly better than the rubbish original you provided...no offence obviously...

It'll be up on SoundCloud soon but there's the boozy lunchtime meeting with Benny and Bjorn's lawyers to attend first up so I can obtain the proper sample clearance and not get into any legal hassles as that would just be foolish...

Expect a hotly anticipated release somewhere around summer 2026..

Honestly,It's a fucking masterpiece...but unfortunately as we all know good things only come to those who wait and all that Jazz....

To be honest when it comes to the great 'ABBA Bird' debate I've always swung between them, sometimes preferring Agnetha, sometimes Anni-Frid.

You might be pleased to hear that ABBA have recently started replacing their YouTube videos with newly transferred HD uploads taken from the original film stock (it's about bloody time as well). They're slowly working their way though them, but they've already done "Money, Money, Money", so if you ever wanted to catch a clearer picture of Anni-Frids sexy emerald-green eyes, now's your chance bruh!

ABBA - Money, Money, Money:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ETxmCCsMoD0

They actually uploaded it in 4K but to be honest Full-HD is the maximum worthwhile resolution. It's from 1970s film stock so the resolution just isn't there. Very nice transfer though considering it was shot in the 70s!

Lolz.

I remember ABBA videos when they were on T.O.T.P

I was just a nipper back then but man, was I fucking glad when they broke up...

They always appeared a little too smug and pleased with themselves for my liking...that's always been my problem with ABBA,apart from their dreadfully souless music, obviously.

And they're still not as good as Madonna either btw ...
