Dilla with a roland sp

Hey guys
I've seen some people writing about the fact that Dilla used to use a roland sp but is there any evidence or some productions he did with it. I couldn't find any evidence so far.

Supposedly he did Donuts during his last days in the hospital with a 303 and a portable turntable.
