Can anyone recommend somewhere in the UK that does tape duplication?

Was gonna use Tapeline Ltd but they've just got back to me with the news that they can't do duplication for a couple of months due to stock issues. :(

Searched Google but all the other sites I've found over here looks pretty wack.

Haven't done any for some time now but Tapeline are really good, if you can wait, do. Tapeline really are one of the best for service and product. They hooked me up with some good deals on coloured tapes too.

Sorry I can't help more. There used to be a several good short-run plants all around the country but more or less everything has gone the way of the dodo.

Obviously it's your decision to make, but I will say that when offering something like a cassette or even vinyl, what is basically considered an outdated medium, you really want to make an effort to get the very best you possibly can.

Oxfam sell some of the best records of all time on cassette for 20p a pop, shows how little value people place on the medium. But if you spend just a tiny bit extra time and money you'll have a product which seems really "boutique" and that's what will make people want your tape. You should definitely try to do something special, make O-cards to house the plastic case, make the tapes metallic gold, supply codes for a digital download, whatever. These are the things that will differentiate your tape, from the Michael Jackson classic which is going for pennies at your local junk shop.

I should probably make it clear that I'm not saying another plant won't do you a good tape, I'm sure they will. But still, as long as Tapeline is in business it is the only one I will recommend because I don't think there is anything in this country that can beat them.

Well, got a bit of good news. They emailed last night to say they might be able to it. Fingers crossed eh!

Totally with you on what you've said regarding making the tape something special. It's gonna be a limited release (50 copies), individually handmade covers. Want it to be a little gem I can pick up and be proud of. I'm really pleased with the music and the physical should be part of it.

Thanks again for your help.
