Store called Haight Ashbury Music (San Francisco) has a Boss SP-505 and a Roland EF-303, apparently display items but still under warranty.

Paradise Memory Co. has an amazon store and is selling what seems to be genuine Roland branded memory cards (512 Mb might be useful for SP-606 users).

Don´t think these are the best prices ever, but thought I should give you a heads up. These memory cards have the same design Roland used for older keyboard add-ons, but I don´t remember how the newer ones are supposed to look like. I guess one could find SP-505s/EF-303s for a lower price but given they´re still under warranty it might not be all that bad.
