i like a whole bunch of other styles of dubstep (e.g chilled stuff) but these 2 tracks were the first that came to my head.

skream 2004 (or 2003?) track (sorry i forget the title of this massive track)
burial 90% of "untrue" (but this is not strickly dubstep, this is 2step revisited in my opinion)
Benga and Skream "The Judgement"

prolly something off of mono/poly - paramatma. great album altogether.

or yeah - kode9 and burial, but i don't count them as dubstep really
