The usual street price for 1/8 (that's 3.5 grams, right?) here in Germany is around 25€ (= 33$ or 22£). If you know the dealer it can get down to maybe 20€. The quality doesn't have a big impact on the price, I never got to smoke weed with a name outside of a coffeeshop; from my experiences people usually sell mid to good quality weed.

As I'm from Finland their rowdy drinking and fighting behaviour did not surprise me but communications was not easy!! I'm lucky enough to live in Holland Too bad most of the weed they sell here is manipulated tho...and the weed that isn't mostly tastes like shit because of the weather here. They should legalize it internationally and grow them shits in warm countries so they can export some natural herbs. But of course they should start with the food we're eating... so i guess that's only hopefull wishing.
