Damn Euc :(
ive always felt you were one of the most talented musicians on here. i really am sad to hear this. good luck with what you do, but i have to disagree with you not having a unique style. "you aint no astronaut" is hands down the best piece of work i personally seen come off this site.(just my opinion). ive always appreciated the uniqueness and the vibe of this album. i still listen to it to this day because the vibe is like non other.

well i sure as hell am gonna look forward to the mix tape your talking about. thanks for everything dude. between your sp ninja advice, your slick ass tunes, and your friendliness, ima miss ya.

when i was first starting i remember you as one of the ones to always have some kind supporting words and helpful advice. even when my shit sounded like a kindergardener made it, you seemed to appreciate what i was going for.

well this turned into like a eulogy or somn  sorry
sp-forums.com wont be the same with out Euclid ov Oakland.
peace.

Damn Oakland. Fauna and a few others deeply explained what most of us go through. Personally, I don't know why you think you don't have a unique style. I hear it and I am pretty sure a lot of others hear your style as well. I can def pick out an Oakland beat when I hear one. Real Talk. I never like the work that I am producing, but it is friends and others that make me believe that I am doing the right thing. As an individual, One is never completely satisfied with His/her own work. That is just life. I have taken breaks from producin, djing, writing, etc., but never turned down music itself. When I would break from one, I would spend more time on another aspect of music. It really makes me appreciate what art and creativity and magical renaissance Music really is. I got back and forth all the time. And am very glad that I do because I would probably get very bored if I didn't.

I love your tracks man. I am not just saying that to make you feel good, I speak the truth. I always wondered why your myspace never had more than 3 tracks up, but it was cool because to me it seemed that you wanted people to see the whole spectrum of your musical creativity and not focus one one part or song. It worked for me. I was always checkin to see what you were going to roll out with next (I dont work for fruit roll-ups). Your style is very unique and I dig it.

You are an icon on these boards. No matter what you do, I respect your decision. We all have different callings in life and paths that need to be wandered upon. Your musical knowledge is vast. I hope you don't give up. It is always best to end things in a quote because someone else said it better already (american history X), so from the classic "A Bronx Tale", I believe Robert DiNero said:

"There is nothing worse in the world than wasted talent."

Peace Bro.

:P just joking.

Guys, if the guy wants to go, let him go. We can manage well without him on these forums, and one day he'll probably want to flip some jazz again, anyway.

Hey man I hope you'll stop by the forums every now and then in the future. You've been allways friendly to everyone and you're one of the OG's here anyways.

I'll be waiting for that beat-tape (and your comeback ;) )

Even if you want to,

you cant leave...
There is no escape!

When someone picks up an SP, they're signing their life away to it.. It owns your soul now.

Trust me, I know.. I've sold 4 SP=404s and somehow I keep ending up with another one.. Its unstoppable - like a curse that you can't get rid of.
