It's all fun to use, but my cassette deck gets the most play time.

Mine so far is a Technics SL D2, a Pioneer SX650 receiver, an 8 track player (I'm not in front of it so I don't have the model number lol) and the dual tape deck. I probably will switch some things out if I come across better ones. Most of these things I just got from my house/craig's list. The receiver for instance, I've had it since I was a teenager. It's brushed metal with some wood panels. I had a beautiful Yamaha turntable to go with it when I was younger but it broke randomly one day (It worked and I went in the shower, when I came out it wasn't turning. It's DD so it's not a belt issue). I still kept it because I would like to fix it and get rid of the SL D2. The Yamaha is a minimal, wood paneled slab with the tone arm, light and some buttons up the side. It's so gorgeous. I would like a different cassette player too because this one is a little more 80's/futuristic looking than everything else. It will do for now though.

Gaah lol, I've been meaning to check out this place I saw near by and I had some free time today so I went. It's like packed to the rafters with books, cds, random electronics and more importantly, vinyl. Things are generally from $2-$5 and they have such a variety of stuff. The store owner even started picking out some things he thought I would like and gave me a discount . I went with my man and he even ended up digging and pulling some pretty cool looking things.

my setups the best its ever been, its just a ghetto blaster with all sorts of inputs, and a nother tape deck, back when i used to have tons of gear it was impossible getting it all set up , but it looked real cool when it was running. 404 and laptop, no room, i even find it hard to fung shui those 2 togther sometimes

man, there is nothin better than findin a new spot that is totally worth while, cheap prices and good selection, cool owner whos not clearly over charging and acting like he knows how every record he has is the high price that it is, and solid discounts, just knockin it down to an even number price and shit

^^Okay!? lol. The place I used to go to when I was younger is non existent anymore so I've been bouncing between second hand shops. Which I will still do, but it's nice to find some jazz.

I just bought a vanilla cupcake scented candle and it smells so good. I got a peach bellini one too, but I really love the vanilla. It's so comforting.

I made some chicken fajitas for breakfast (I woke up around 12 pm lol) I'm working now and I can't think about anything else... I just want more fajitas!

Problem with those candles is they make me hungry. Also that candle shop in the mall is the most godawful place if you got sensitive sinuses.

Having fajita mix on hand is the nicest thing any bachelor can do for himself. I've yet to perfect my recipe but it's never disgusting.

And my contribution to the rando - I read more comic books now than I did when I was fifteen.

Man I wish there was an assigned candle shop near me. I love them. I find Victoria's Secret is like one of those sinus overload-type places. Bath and Body Works can be bad too but I was okay in there today (my nose can be very sensitive at times). I'm sure it's because I had all the windows down in my car afterwards so the scents could dissipate. I remember I was testing some things in there one time during the winter and when I got in my car, it was like .

I'm starving now too. I gotta figure out what I'm going to cook this week...I'm so not in that zone so I don't even know where to start. Usually when it's like that, I end up making pasta lol. My man is on some healthy eating tips lately so I don't know how he is going to feel about that lol (carbs...lots of cheese).

Pasta is healthy if you know how to eat it... just the right portion and some good protein source, some veggies and you are ready!... I'm always eat healthy... well almost always lol... somedays I just need to eat whatever I want!

I don't eat dairy on a regular basis but when it comes to ice cream or cheesy pasta, I go hard lol (and have a stuffy nose afterwards to pay for it with the ice cream lol). I'm going to see if I find whole wheat noodles. I like to use the fresh ones instead of dried and I don't remember if they had that option. In this day and age, most likely though. Sigh, but what am I going to eat nooow...I can't wait until I've cooked. I will probably do that tomorrow anyway...I don't see myself standing up at the stove anytime this evening lol.

I just totally dig what J-Rocc does. You can tell he's a helluva DJ from what he puts together, and I can't tell where his 'beats' come in and where what he's DJ'ing ends. Just this cool, interesting, evolving playlist. Dope.

Uh, I guess the connection to all the food posts (thx guys, now I'm hungry!) is that the J-Rocc I'm listening to right now is "Taster's Choice"?
