get on a payment plan. tell them your poor.
they will take like $10 a month.

went to court.
dressed appropriately
got off in 'scott-free'

Tell the judge you cant pay it and couldn't even afford a bike helmet, hence why you received the ticket in the first place.

stay humble and collected.
