i just did a search and found that thom york remixed a few doom tracks, maybe thats it. im tired of doom remixes tho. ive heard so many, he even remixed nas tracks and madlib remixed his whole madvillian. fresh is always better than old, for me...

I know he remixed DOOM's Gazillion Ear. Are these going to be just remixes or new tracks?

KMD is the ish!!!!

RIP subroc aka the hip hop hendrix

the thom yoke and doom collab shouldnt disappoint.

according to wiki, jneiro jarel says hes working on an album with doom. not

sure how true that is, but if that fell thru, wow!

The What A N*gga Know Remix was probably the track that got me into good hip-hop. KMD had some really amazing shit. I still wonder what would've happened with the group if Subroc hadn't gotten killed.
By the way, I always wanted to know; Does anyone know what happened to Onyx The Birthstone Kid?
Some people say he's Rodan from M.I.C., but that guy has a much different voice/style.

i really like Yorke's solo stuff, but couldn't get into the last doom remix he did. it just did not match up... hopefully if they do something they sit down together and work it out, because the potential is huge

the radiohead stuff is good up to i think hail to the thief and all of thom yorks solo stuff. that dude is pretty out there. maybe he recieves good music making advice through his lazy eye or something. but him and doom would be perfect, its good to have collaborations with people who are masters in their genre rathert than just 2 ok musicians. like madlib and doom was the best shit and they recorded that in a week. even talib kweli and madlib was a really good album "liberation".
combine good with good and get great.
