I found a place a while back that presses 1 to 10,000 vinyls, its in Italy I think. Don't remember the site but it could be vinilissmo.com Their page has an estimate of cost depending how many tracks you want to press. They do 45s, 7 inch, 10 inch, and 12 inch vinyls.
