this is a really well put together track.

its really sounds like you put some time into this one.

the only thing that i would want is for you to post up an album instead of 1 song. i wanna hear what other types of tracks you got

diggin the sample and overall vibe that's going on, think the drums lag a bit though and it is definitely taking away from the head noddin. i think it's mainly the hight hat that's draggin. sounds like the drums are quantized, and i know from trying to sequence and quantize some individual hits on my 404 at least (not sure what this was made on) that quantizing some shit just doesnt work often and doesn't really keep up in time fully on that machine. so maybe try playing the hat live instead of quantizing it to eighth notes

This is dope....minimal but really well done, has a classic sound but with more modern drum programming..@mowgli- I'm pretty sure the way the hats sound is exactly what he's going for- listen to some kev brown, blackmilk, appollo brown-just a few examples of this type of drum programming. I hear you though-myself I like to mix it up between this type of a style, and a more precise early-mid 90's type of swing.Anyway, ill beat soon.

Nice one. Enjoyed the relaxing jazzy horns. Has a classic boom bap sound. I like those kicks.
