Nobody sleep on this, the mix is buttery and the sounds are perfect. That's mad fly Hema, I really like the drum stutters and odd time sigs.

@Euc : Many thanks, I hold those compliments in high regard as they come from a man with excellent musical tastes. :D

@Drewzle: They're all shits i been noodling with on and off since last summer. "not here nor there" is the only one that I didn't finish recently though.

How so? I was a bit on the fence about the mixing on the both of those tracks.

this is really good shit man

i dig the atmospheric vibes, and especially the rhythmic tweaks. the arrangements are interesting and nothing hangs around for too long without a bit of movement

i particularly like the melodic elements, did you generally play those in via midi controller or program them? they remain nice and understated, yet provide alot of the 'heart' of the tracks.

@Felix - Mucho appreciated.

@Drewzle - Yeah man mostly midi keys on the melodies and programming on the arpeggio-ish stuff. I don't have any kind of training on any instrument but i do have some soul. :D

@Ellaguru - Thx. I just make it man. Most of the time I start a song with little or no idead what I want to make. Shit just kinda falls into place. Alot of times it's like I'm scoring the wierd scenes playing in my head.

Glad you guys dig this shit. Honestly I wasn't too sure this would go over so well on here.

Ey, you posted some music...

Really diggin these Hema, track 3 and 5 are my favs. Very dirty basslines. Love it. And the scratching/sci-fi tuning noises on the last track are pretty crazy.

Glad I saw this post.
