anyone use Radio Tuner as kind of a synth?

Similar to resampling SubSonic i sometimes resample the radio tuner since you can change its octave just like subsonic and after running it through some effects like compression EQ etc, you can get a cool little wana be synth sound that you can chop up and play around with.
