i've had a search but couldnt find any thing relevant,
maybe i didnt notice this problem before but im sure it wasnt the case,

i've previously worked on a sp404 original, and have now got an sx

but here is the problem
-i take a sample and its bpm is 86.
-say i want to speed it up so i press the time/bpm button and adjust ctrl knob1 and change the bpm 108.

and press the time/bpm to execute it

i play my sample and i now have it playing at 108bpm
-which is fine

but then once i hit the mark button it goes back to its original bpm of 86.

i know there is an easy work around of just resampling the sped up sample onto a new pad and working from there

but i dont remember this being the case for the original 404 or has it always been like this?
cheers
