this kind of defys logic dont you think ?

i just dont understand how its possible how a sound can be reversed while its playing forward, its so cool. it could be used for secret message encoding because the only thing i know to unscramble it is to run it thru the fx looper in reverse again. i guess its not so secret no more. ha

it is cool that they made it play in reverse rather than just go from stopped to playing at full speed

well really it just takes the music in chunks and plays those chunks in reverse, and the size of those chunks is determined by knob one, you can hear the difference if you play something in complete reverse with the 3rd knob off and mess with the first one.......and when you use this effect it usually sets your stuff on a delay, like if you just use it on one pad and then turn it off the time jumps forward a little bit, cause its takes a small amount of time for the audio to be processed when being reversed, and once you lose this time it doesn't come back until the effect it turned off, even if you put the speed back to normal with knob 2.......so say you run this on just your drum pads in a pattern with all sorts of sounds, and you flip it on and put it in reverse, it can sound alright, but then if you twist the 2nd knob back to full speed instead of just turning the effect off your drum pattern will be way off time from the other samples, so it can be kind of a bummer sometimes, its usually gotta be on everything or just used for the tap tempo effects calling so you can shut it down nice and quick

.......using it for secret message passing could be cool though, if i had any sort of audio message i needed to code for somebody, i'll have to keep that in mind
