sup ya'll. i'm still chompin at the bit, saving up the funds for a 404. a couple of questions:

1) say i have a 4 bar pattern...and my sample is 6 bars-- do the last two bars get cut off when the next pattern begins? for example, if the sample has a dubby delay that trails off, will that tail be cut when the next pattern begins?

2) I realize that you can only have one fx per pad at any one time, but can you have more than one pad/sample "assigned" to that single fx?

1) yeah, it depends on what you have the sample on, if its single shot with out loop on or gate on, it will just play til its done, unless its getting retriggered in the new pattern, if you have it on gate, it will turn off when you let it off, but if it goes past the end of a pattern it automatically shuts off, and if you use the sub pad to change a pattern on the fly all the samples from the previous pattern cut off immediately

2)absolutely, you can turn the effect on for any and every sample, hold remain when the effect is on and the pad that its on for will be lit up, and then you just start pickin other pads that you want to have the effect on as well, and they will light up too, and you can change banks and hit remain again and turn it on in there as well, and if your holdin remain and hit the effect button you want it will turn it on for every pad, and this includes the external source
