hey guys. i have a 404 and am considering saving for the 555. i love the 404 very much but loop capture would make things move so much easier... i read the manual and noticed the loop capture misses 0.03 sec of sample time??? this might be a stupid question but, is that amount of time truly noticeable? also since i dont really write hip hop or dance stuff, is the loop capture capable of 3 or 2 measures or only just the 4? and what do you think of the d-beam? sorry for all the questions!! thx.

If your style is a bit dirty, then the time gap isn't a big deal. Loop capture can be set to 1, 2, 4 bars, or manual... which is user triggered for start and stop times. D-beam... pretty nice. I use it mostly for the filter. That mandala controller looks cool... I'm gonna have to read up a bit to grasp the full capabilities. 8)
