Every time that I publish a beat featuring the SP-404 I get the same questions about what its involvement is in the production process.
So now it's documented! Here's my entire 404 process from A-Z:

So, you use the SP as an FX box.
And you want us to use distrokid.
okay.

idk if there's anyone in this world that pisses me off more than the type that flex SP404SX samplers for clout when all they do is use it to trigger like 3 of the available FX on their DAW beats and POORLY

at least OP here has more shit going on than just his SP404SX
there are a shit ton of posers on instagram, with literally 0 hardware except an SP404SX, who tout it like it's the essence of their being, when they literally only touch it to make videos playing their DAW beats on it (don't forget the quintessential $500 custom faceplate and obligatory rainbow chroma caps!)

this tears it man, i'm gonna start making real SP videos FUCK

Word. Seeing a video titled "SP404 Dawless beat" (my ass) and you expect to see some stuff happening in there only to see a chump head nodding over a single lit pad while enabling effects out of sync just to make themselves look busy.

Vid states that its his live set process so I won't knock him, but right where he says the 404 is clunky and hadn't been used for that beat its like unnghh. Probably non of these beats are made on a SP. Its kind of like having a V6 Dodge Challenger or a 4 cylinder Mustang posting this vid on here
