for users of turntable n vinyl .. sampling sped up or down .. from the turntable .. good for lethargic beats .. much better than adjusting time stretch later on .. listening sped down also gives a better understanding of productions (how being high would .. i imagine )

I love to sample my drums with 45 RPM maybe do some pitch shifting (I have 10% aswell) and then tuning the drums down. It can add something to your drums!
