Maybe this is old news.. I just thought of it now, since ive been getting back into the 404 over the past week or so..

It's not precise to-the-scale, but you can guesstimate it..

Use the delay effect, set to enough feedback to keep the sound going on long enough to repitch it, enough delay time to fit the whole sample, 100% wet

- get into resample mode,
- play the sample into the tape delay.. then alter the delay time (during a silent part so you dont get unsteady pitch on the sample)..

hey presto, normal 'play faster/slower' style pitching...!

so maybe i just reinvented the wheel.. but im very pleased about it :)
