Hey guys, I was wondering whether there is a trick you can do to 'mute' tracks on a sample. Say you want to loop a vocal, but there are drums, maracas, and loud horns in the way. Is there any way you can possibly mute the other parts of the track, and rock just the vocal? I tried playing with the isolator effect but it's not a perfect 'mute'. I guess if you load it up with more tracks, the other things will get drowned out by the other tracks. But that's because the the elements that're being drowned out are not prominent. If they're prominent they will stick out, no matter how many tracks you play.

So yeah, any tricks for this?

use isolator and sometimes some other effects over and over with resample till you get something you can use
