I have created a beat on the SP-404 which I would like to make into an MP3 file. I don't think patterns can be saved as wav or aif and exported to a computer using the Flash card. How would I record what I made?

Not sure what I am doing wrong but when I try to record into Audacity the only sound I get is from the internal microphone. :?:
