Is it possible to change the speed on a sample to any BPM you desire? Which would lead me to...Is it possible to make a mash up on a 404? I owned one for a while but got caught up with school and sold it. Now that things have settled down I really want to get back into it and buy a 404, but only if I can make mashups.

i love the time stretch, you gotta get it worked into the beat though, sometimes you can stretch just the sample and think it sounds horrible, then when drums are kickin over it and you compress and eq it doesn't sound that bad..........but you'd probably hate it for what you wanna do, i wouldn't get the 404 if you didn't plan on usin it to make beats and stuff, if you just want it to put semi full tracks in it and match em up, i'd take a different route, probably software if they are digital audio files your workin with
