 Post subject: Can You Pan left to right?

Hey whats up everybody, still learning the 404, and i was wondering if their is a way to pan samples from left to right, i know how to set the levels, but i don't know if i can pan them.

no, unlike some other sp's there is no true pan. however most everything else has pan, so my suggestion would be to get an old jambox from the goodwill (it should have audio in and pan function, you'll know what i mean when you look at a few), then just play ping pong. the analog of the tape might even give your patterns a fuller sound.

some of those boxes have full eq's. look to the past for the future, yo!
