 Post subject: How Can I save My patterns

Real quick, How do i save patterns to my PC so I can mess with them some other time

Back them up using the sp-404, then turn off the machine and remove the memory card. Place the memory card into your computers card reader and open the folder that appears on your desktop. Save the files inside that folder, I forget exactly what the format is but I believe the sample files end in .SMP or something like that, there should be patterns too.

i back all my cards so as i do a battle or sumthin and want come back later. the way i do this is with a cf/usb reader; i save the root folder in another folder that is named what the card holds. DON'T rename the folder that comes from the card or you'll screw it all up. if you just want to back it up on the card then you gotta move the patterns to internal banks only, but remember these are still saved on the mem card so don't go formatting the card.
