I have read about Song Position Pointer (SPP) support in the SP-404 manual (midi specs), and so i had some thought about that, for what could it useful -> Is it possible to change patterns with that or cani only control Beat/song-Position of one single pattern only? Does someone had tried that?

best greets,
rio

true.. you can skip the position in a pattern via midi, but only in the active pattern.. if you do beats the 99bars way, then it actually could bring in some handy stuff, but i guess the downer is that you can't change the position in record mode.. so ... uhm... :|

can't change pattern externally neither...

pattern copy/editing would be dope tough!
