Hello!
I'm new to the SP404SX, just bought one. I want to use it as a replacement of my old SP808EX, witch I still use in live concerts from 1999 !
Is it possible to create "mute groups" like in SP808EX ? I want a specific sample pad to stop playing the exact time i hit another sample pad. Example: when I hit pad8 I want the pad 12 to stop playing and vice versa. I can do this in SP808 by selecting both samples to be in the same "mute group". I searched the manual and the forum and could not find an answer.
Thank you in advance

Very risky...I already deleted some samples by practicing this, but not important ones. I ll be checking the forum, hope to find something about.
Thank you

Thank you. Yes, I now that, but I was hoping for something more convenient. Which means that there is not an "official" function for this...Hope that a future software update may solve this.
My SP808EX is already 13 years old but still outperforms all newer SPs, my opinion.
