Maybe this has been posted before, maybe not...

I like using ping pong loops in ReNoise which most programs and hardware do not do. You can fake it fairly nice on 404's, though...

Resample a single note and mash reverse at the very end of it...then when it gets back to the beginning of the sample, hit reverse again. Do this several times until you get a really smooth forward/reverse pair, then mark that and loop it. You end up with a chord or single note that smoothly loops as long as you want.

Alternate method is to edit the wave on PC..copy entire sample, past at the end of the sample and reverse what was just pasted. Loop.

Hope someone finds this useful.

Please note, the type of sample is very important for this trick.

kick i used isolator to beef up low end and cut the treble, snare was combination of distortion, eq, compressor and bit crash.

The entire track uses tape saturation to get the breathing of the pads to go with the drums.
