hello all
i always need to use the auto trig level on the sp404ex because i end up sampling from a computer, and it saves a lot of time not having to hit the start point and edit it for me.
the problem is, it seems like i have to set the auto trig level every time i want to sample to a new pad.
i remember on the old sp202 you could set the threshold once and it would stay that way every time you sampled until you changed it. it there a way on the 404 to set it so that its always at the same auto trig threshold when you go to record mode? its a pain that it seems to reset and then i have to set it every time i want to get a new sample.
thanks

it keeps the level on each sampling process! (turning off the sp makes it loose!)

check your mind; then the machine! ;)

What's an 404EX btw?! ;)

well what i meant was is there a way to set it so when you turn the machine off and on again you dont have to set the threshold again. a way to stop it from resetting.
but im guessing you cant, prob cuz theres no internal memory anymore. on the sp202, once you set yr threshold, it was global. you could turn the machine on and off and it would always be set until you changed it.

yeah, geez, sorry sp404sx.

setting bpm is a hassle as well. not on resample and you have to reset everytime but it keeps me on my toes
