Sup guys, new to the forums, looking to become part of this community.
I'm trying to figure out how to adjust the release so my sample plays with just a tap of a pad and no need to hold it. If possible, I would also like to know how to adjust my polyphony to the minimum, so if i press a pad , that sample plays, and if i press another pad, the previous sample stops playing and the new one plays. If anyone could give me some tips on how to adjust these settings it would be much appreciated, thanks.

to play your sample with just a tap of a pad, press the gate button on the sample that you want to do that for. 404 has no ADSR or mute/choke groups but there are workarounds, you can put your chops with the gate button off and loop button on, and just hit them both at the same time (turning one off and another one on at the same time.) also, sample in mono to maximize polyphony if youre resampling to make beats and welcome to the forums! :D
