 Post subject: Exporting My finished beat? (SX)

Hey guys, I got an sp a time ago and finally my exams are over and I had time to make my first beat. After a few minutes of messing with the sample and then putting drums on it, I finally had a beat (just a simple loop to start).
Now my question is, how do I put my shit on my computer? I searched for it and all I found was a dead youtube video :(
PS: I've got nothing but an SP-404SX
