philly got some spots down south street and theres on a little off of south street, like if you go to 7th and south and go up, thats how i get there. just goole "philly record shops, im sure you'll find a nice spot and i just found a cool ass spot in pittsburgh called jerrys records, i posted a link on here to it, its big as hell and the records are like 3,4,5 bucks for almost everything in the store and this is 2 floors of vinyl fully stocked ranging from everything to even mr. rogers record n shit.

when it comes to budget, don't forget flea markets... Thrift stores are also good for some nice finds. Personally, i tend to go for records at as cheap of a rate as i can get them- source material is important, but not as important as variety and knowing how to put disparate parts together to make a whole.

Berlin farmers market Saturday and Sunday mornings. It's in Berlin nj there's a lot of people selling records outside and there's also two indoor shops. You can usually get some good deals.
