No thats not what he means. The open battles are ones where any kind of equipment can be used. Last one done was the Mortal Kombat tournament. I had seen somewhere on the board that Wax Inspector is supposed to be setting the next one up im pretty sure sometime in April. Something to do with a acapella stax collection I believe.

i dont have an sp right now and want some inspiration right now.. getting ripped off put me in a slump... i normally dont hang out in the arena but i would like to do some open challenge stuff now.. |

no tournament before the sp-mixtape is done!  ... and it was the stax single collection, no acapellas... still dope though! haven't heard anything from our 'sponsor' yet... so the option to win a shirt might be history...  for now all i can say is go on!pick a sample and have a nice battle... tourney is coming in a few weeks! |

I haven't any gear at the moment except my SP and mixer.. Finally get my xiosynth this week though so I'm down for someone to start a new one in a day or 2! |
