I went with hurlingdervish cause there were so many nice patterns in there... also shoutouts to elhau; if your snare would have been a little better I might have voted for you homie. really diggin beardface's track too but i guess i cant vote for that...

Only way to get those players in there is by copying the forum codes, so basically what you need to do is edit your post that contains an mp3 player, copy and paste the code.

to all my friends with beeping pink buttons:

beardface: dig it, super chill. the tones in the beginning made me think of the price is right song for some reason.

blindfold: nice intro, good jump on in. cool low volume sounds in background throughout song. excellent use of the complete sample.

e.simon: torture that ho! i could not stop laughing when i was listening to the samples of the guy moaning. i even showed a few friends who stopped over and we all looked at eachother like wtf. can you imagine a dude sitting in a recording booth moaning that shit in the mic. funny.

elhuana: fuck yeah!! i like this shit. pimpy-chill. sick ass tones. gonna be hard to top this one, no joke.

gis sweden: very evil and lurky. let's go kill some shit ya'll.

h dizzle: very nice jazz swing feel. props for using the dude moaning. slamming drums. excellently composed music.

IIIII: sick ass bass. i need to be grinding a dime with this one. uhh.

lodger: good groove. beef up the volume on the bass, and down with the piano/additional sound effects. then you can crank it to 10, head swingin all the way up.

wax man: fantastic beat as usual. rocked the organ and derived some fat bass tones.




went back for a second listen of my potential winners. didn't need to listen to any others than, elhuana. awesome beat. polls giving me same error.

good job to all. hop in on the no quantize challenge and turn that button off.

Whoa, thank you guys, I don't get votes very often, especially with so tough competition ;D

My vote goes to hurlingdervish, awesome arrangement, dense athmosphere and cool groove. Elhuana would get a close second place, but none of the other tracks were any bad either. So cool to hear what can be done with just one machine and one (very long ;)) sample!
