Ah yeah, we can see that this first battle took place, i guess with "success"!?  Also we can see that if those simple rules are followed, there will be no mess! So, guys i thanks and congrats you, because without you this shit is nothing, YOU make it happens!  Once again, thank you all who contributed with rules, samples, and had cooked some hot joints! went with lif(2) and otbt(2) cuz I'm sick of the standard lofi jazz sp beat, seriosly 4 beats might as well all of been the same. anyways, these two stood out. |

Arkeologist came correct again! Everything was just right and that fucker was pumping like crazy! OTBT's Concern joint was dope because he came with some unorthodox shit. I love these kind of rhythms. Almost like some uk grime shit! Well done! |

smoke listen vote KEL n OTBT ~~~those dudes had some styleflips that spoke to me at the moment ~~~ i was partial to all the beats that used the pakistani sample iwant to chop on some more of that now i got to put beat konducta in india in the whip and do some donuts hey r these battles allowing oustside drums or is it new rules each battle??/ saw no mention of drums in the rules sticky peace to sp battlecats, even the ones that complained about beats but never submit one

Gotta iron out the buggs! --- Could mbe make it the winner makes sure to provide some drums, to be on the safe side, since using the winner's samps is compulsory... rules are pretty clear on no outside samples. The regular battle is there for us/has the flexibility for new rules each time but in this format, with anyone able to upload a samp there shouldn't be any shortage of sounds to draw from... dontchareckkinn ;-) |

I also think votes shud be posted in the thread so's all transparent-like... like, just nice to know who's what's and where. If you wanna say why's (or why-nots!!) that's fun too, but right now it's looking like a drive-by with more votes than posts... One solution to this could be scrap the automated poll and just vote in the thread... #ironoutthebugs |
