Hey SP afficiandos!! Welcome the New Year!!

Blavatsky dug in the fire-pit that is his crates and pulled out THIS and THIS and AND THIS. I'll throw in THIS DRUM INTRO.

RULES:

1. Must use THE GREEN elements
2.THESE ELEMENTS optional
3. OUTSIDE BASS optional
4. OUTSIDE DRUMS optional
5. Go to->> GOOGLE TRANSLATE, sample & chop at will. Any language you like, accent (L side) and/or translation (R side) (thank yous to r4ph for the inspiration!!)

I see a lot of beat battles with "bass" as an option, for clarification, is this bass guitar or any instrument that can create a bass melody (MOOG synthesizer, D-beam, etc.)

Hey man - yeh, keybass, sample some bass, use a bass guitar... I'm an SP808 user has built in synth; no expert on the whole range but some sp's got sub and some have synth and usable pitch fx so lets leave this battle a little more open yeh.

Check edit to rules regarding drums too :)

Let's bring some heat to ring in 2015!

can't wait to participate. first time battling with yall. i've heard some dope beats before, and hopefully i can add to that list. nice sample choice blavatsky and l i f.

edit: just a question, are acapellas/vocals allowed?

Cool by me too, as long as it's from Google translate.. take any lyrics you like, whack em in the box and sample. I guarantee you can make it work by experimenting with different spellings so the pronunciation comes out right. Chops for rap-flow? Sounds like a challenge... ;)
