Though decision

Gated - got a nice feel to it, really like the chops
Lycent - Sick stuff specially the mfx and the breaks in the end, madness
Unfolding - Long time my favorite because of the Drums, like them a lot
Dismal Days/Daze -definitly some super chill grooves, nice use off mfx or d-beam (?)
smoking patterns - the exact opposite of chill but fucking DOPE one of my favorites
Frankie Lee - really nice flow to it, sounds smooth with some decent chops
C△MERA the Space Warrior - Ill ... what more can I say
Om_Audio/Clifford Novey - really like that one especially how everything seems to collapse at the end
.pumpkin -some of you might know how much I like minimalism/simple things, thats the stuff really smooth
IIIII - first time I laughed so hard when that sample came, I stroke the punani, gives it a whole different meaning, yea and the technique is flawless

so now I get my headphones and some kush nuggets, and listen to all the beats again afterwards I vote.

Lycent- loose and gritty, I like the way the flute came out. melody stuck in my head (thx for vote bro!)
unfolding- flute march! like the panning a lot- kick sounds good
dismal days- love the space vibe- interstellar sonar
tireriots- drums are sick sounding- like the bells and voices in background
spatterns- like the stutter effect- nice drum sounds too
frankie lee- nice flips- breaks away from the orig nicely- you created new song
camera- wow, track is loud!! love the voc samples- like the swing drums

pumkin- lilting and drifting- dig the voc sample
iiiii- nice flip- like the synth that comes in and out in back

I always have a herd time voting- everything is so varied and have their own great qualities- went with Lycent

PS- I never actually think about the "theme" of the battle, do you guys? In hindsight I think it could be cool- like the mariachi one or this one to try to create a track highlighting the theme of the title.

The Forums were down for a couple a days, and for some reason when it came back up everything that happened here during the previous couple of days got erased, including Camera's 3rd vote. I don't know who should technically be declared winner, I'm just trying to be fair about it.

Ya they had to restore the site from a backup. Sucks- lost pics and posts and such. Oh well. Cam def won IMO would just be nice to get whoever lost their vote to vote again so it looks official.
